DESCRIPTION:The Centre for Economic Policy and Development Research (CEPDeR)\, in collaboration with the Department of Economics and Development Studies\, invites everyone to the next edition of the CEPDeR Scholar Seminar. \nThis session will feature an engaging presentation on:“AI and Energy Supply Chain in Africa: Balancing Economic Efficiency with Social Equity.” \nThe seminar will explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is shaping Africa’s energy supply chains from production and distribution to monitoring and planning. It will also examine important questions around cost efficiency\, energy access\, fairness\, and inclusion\, especially for underserved communities.
